This policy explains how Youey Limited (“Youey”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller for this information and we process it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect

• Contact form enquiries — your name, email address, company name (optional), the service and budget you select, and the contents of your message.
• Emails — any information you choose to include when you email us directly.
• Server logs — our web server records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own server.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage our business relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will never sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Third-party processors

Contact form submissions are delivered using Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf and forwards it to our email inbox. Formspree may store data in the United States; such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless it forms part of a client relationship, in which case we keep it for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict our processing of it;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Our apps

Apps published by Youey Limited may have their own privacy policies describing any data they collect. Where an app does not have a separate policy, this policy applies.
